The Lodge
This beautiful expansive country home is great for family stays, wedding groups (being close to most of the wedding venues in the Southern Highlands) or just some time away with friends. It has been beautifully curated by Carlie Philby of CP&Co Interiors and is filled with personal touches from the owners’ travels – original art, antiques, vintage pieces, quality soft furnishings and fabrics, and sumptuous linens.
LIVE: There are plenty of communal spaces at the Lodge. The grand lounge room (affectionately known as the Coromandel Great Room) has picture windows, a high vaulted ceiling and magnificent sandstone open fire-place. There is a second living area next to kitchen with wood burning stove and Smart TV, books and games. Finally, there is a third indoor-outdoor living room where you can still enjoy the outdoors whilst sheltered from the elements if the weather is inclement.
COOK: The Lodge boasts a well-equipped kitchen (with Nespresso coffee machine and quality kitchen implements).
DINE: The large, air-conditioned ‘Dining Hall’ has a table that seats up to 14, with wall to ceiling windows overlooking the expansive gardens.
BATHE: The Master Bedroom has an ensuite, and the home has a second full bathroom with bath, plus a third toilet in the fully equipped laundry room (which houses a washer, dryer and second refrigerator). Please note that whilst our bathrooms are older in style, they are perfectly functional and comfortable.
WFH: The Lodge also has robust wi-fi throughout so that working from home is hassle free.
OUTSIDE: Outside there is a Weber BBQ, French marble dining table, and several decks on which to relax and enjoy the surrounds.
FUR BABIES: The Lodge is pet friendly (on request).
SLEEP: The Lodge has 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 8 people. All bedrooms have wall heaters for the winter months, and the beds each have an abundance of pillows and fine linens. Bedrooms are configured as follows:

Master Bedroom
Our large air-conditioned Master Bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, dressing table, ensuite and dressing room. Perfect for the bride-to-be to prepare on the big day.

Queen Room
Our Queen Room has a pretty queen bed, fit for queens! It is next to the Twin Room, and the main bathroom is just across the hallway.

Twin Room
Our Twin Room has 2 x king single beds. Great for children but these beds are large enough and comfortable enough for kings to sleep soundly too. It is next to the Queen Room and has the main bathroom across the hall.

Petite Room
This charming little room contains a king single + trundle. Please note this bedroom is smaller and is accessed via the master ensuite. It would best suit children, or a single adult (but can fit two at a squeeze).
Please note that no weddings, parties or events are permitted at Coromandel Homestead.
